Resumen:
Se presenta un caso clínico de una mujer joven, que ha vivido una relación de noviazgo caracterizada por malos tratos físicos, psicológicos y formas de control social y aislamiento por parte de su novio. A la segunda sesión, la joven expresa su imposibilidad de terminar con dicho vínculo afectivo que le produce daño. Es un tipo de vínculo que establece con su pareja, de sometimiento o “esclavitud afectiva”. Mary se encuentra totalmente anulada, pasiva, inmovilizada ante el temor que le produce la posibilidad de descarga de violencia por parte de su pareja, pero a su vez, uno de los temores prioritarios es el perder al objeto. Se ha adaptado a esta situación, dejando de ser agente de sus propias acciones, debido a las consecuencias que puede producirle cualquier acto en la cual ella es motor. Esto la lleva a exponerse a situaciones de riesgo donde está en juego la auto conservación. Sigue una exposición teórica y clínica articulada del caso y sus implicaciones de tratamiento.

Abstract:
This paper presents a clinical case of a young woman, who has lived a in a relationship with her boyfriend characterized by physical and psychological abuse, forms of social control and isolation caused by her boyfriend. In the second session, the young girl expresses her impossibility to end this affective bond that hurts her. The type of bond she has established with her couple is subjugated, or “affective slavery”. Mary is totally annulled, passive, immobilized by her fear of the possible violent discharge by her boyfriend, but at the same time, one of her main fears is to lose the object. She has adapted to this situation, no longer agent of her own actions, due to the consequences that may befall any act in which she is the motor. This leads her to expose herself to situations that risk her auto-conservation. A theoretic and clinical presentation follows articulated on the case as well as the implications of the treatment.
